Role: Carlos Paula Simões is the owner and Content senior evaluator.

• Born in Portugal, in 1966. Working as a full-time Environmental Engineer and Total Quality Manager in one major Portuguese food industry plant;
• Back in 1996 he has been 'introduced' to the World Wide Web and, since then, it has become one of his favourite hobbies. His personal Web site, "Intelligence and IQ tests", is already a reference for Portuguese speakers interested in the subject and has been visited by 200,000 visitors since May 2000;
